1. About CIPS Qualifications

We offer five qualifications to support your professional development in procurement and supply. On successful completion of the Diploma, Advanced and Professional diplomas and in conjunction with three years’ experience in a role of responsibility in procurement and supply, you may apply for full membership of CIPS to use the designatory letters, MCIPS.
CIPS is an Awarding Body recognised by Ofqual, the qualification regulator for England and Northern Ireland, and the qualifications appear on the Register of Regulated Qualifications.
2. CIPS Level 4 Diploma In Procurement And Supply
A step up from the Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations, the Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply is a stepping stone to study on the CIPS Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Procurement and Supply. The content has been written using the CIPS Procurement and Supply Cycle as its focus, which presents a cyclical process of key steps faced by those procuring goods or services. The Diploma offers the most common entry route to the profession and should be used by learners to develop a professional ‘tool box’ which learners can apply in the practical environment and further develop at Levels 5 and 6.
Core skills upon completion of this qualification
You will gain a solid understanding of procurement and supply fundamentals and you will be able to apply this immediately back into your workplace.
3. Who is it for?
This qualification is the essential toolkit for anyone planning a career in procurement and supply. It is at the same level as the first year of an undergraduate degree course. It’s suitable for those in operational roles or those managing or supervising the procurement and supply function who want to develop their career and work towards MCIPS Chartered Procurement and Supply Professional.

4. What will you learn?
You will learn about making procurement and supply happen within an organisation, and you will be equipped with an essential range of knowledge and tools that you can apply immediately in your workplace. Learn how to apply practical, theoretical and technical knowledge, gain a clear understanding of procurement and supply and develop the ability to address complex, non-routine problems
On completion, you will be able to analyse, interpret and evaluate relevant information and ideas and have an informed awareness of differing perspectives and approaches within the profession. You will also be able to review the effectiveness and appropriateness of methods, actions and results.
5. Entry requirements
This is the highest entry point onto our diploma qualifications. A minimum of at least two A-levels (or international equivalent) or a CIPS Level 3 Advanced Certificate qualification is required. Alternatively, you will need a minimum of two years’ relevant experience in a business environment.

9. Course information and requirements
- All trainees must select which group to register in carefully as moving between groups my need additional approval based on class capacity.
- Class Maximum capacity is 15 trainees.
- Course delivery will be at EPC Academy premises according to the dates and times mentioned in course schedules.
- Induction session will be provided to all trainees one week before semester start date in order to for all trainees to be informed about education experience and rules, regulations and policies of both CIPS & EPC Academy.
- Even though course delivery is in Arabic but English language competency is a must as all materials and exams are in English language.
10. Course fees
Course fees are EGP 30,000 per full course
- Special Discount:
- 25% End of Year Discount to become EGP 22,500 instead of EGP 30,000
- Course fees are in EGP per person and include the following:

11. Payment term
- (100 %) of course fees to be paid in advance before the start of course.
- Instalment is available subject to certain approvals
